If you do not sign-in before adding products to your card and clicking checkout you will be asked to enter an email address on the checkout screen.

If this is your first order an account will be automatically created. A username and password will be sent by email.

If you are a returning customer and you specify the same email address used on previous orders the current order will be associated with your account.

All taxes are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on your order totals and destination shipping province.

For residents of Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland,
HST on product: 5%
HST on shipping: 13%

For residents of Nova Scotia,
HST on product: 5%
HST on shipping: 15%

For residents of British Columbia,
HST on product: 5%
HST on shipping: 12%

For all other provinces and territories in Canada,
GST on product: 5%
GST on shipping: 5%

Any product qualifying for a discount will appear discounted when added to the cart. The discount will also appear on the checkout screen.

All credit card payments are processed by PayPal, a leading online payment processor.

Credit card details are shared exclusively between yourself and our payment processor, PayPal merchant services.

Credit card details are never stored on this website and Britnell Books staff do not have access to your credit card information.

When you make a payment on this website your credit card details are sent directly to PayPal over an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection.

In turn, PayPal gives us an instant notification about the status of the payment without actually sharing any credit card details.

Your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing your order. If it turns out that we cannot ship your order right away we'll be in touch to discuss details about the backorder or to offer a refund.

All orders ship from our facility in Toronto, Ontario.

Presently we fill orders shipping to destinations in Canada.

Orders placed before 3:00pm (Eastern time) are typically shipped the same day. If we can't ship the same day then your order will be shipped on the next business day.

Your order will ship by Canpar courier when addressed to commercial or business addresses. Your order will ship by Canada Post when addressed to residential addresses or addresses in the Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has shipped.

Please contact us with your order number and we will send you the tracking number for your shipment.

For shipping destinations in Ontario and Quebec:

• $8.50 for the first item
• $1.50 for each additional item in the order

For shipping destinations in the rest of Canada:

• $10.00 for the first item
• $1.50 for each additional item in the order

Due to the oversized nature and increased expense of shipping CEBS study materials our rates are higher than those for standard items.

For shipping destinations in Ontario and Quebec:

• $17.00 for the first item
